The DL Immersion story
This is a passion project inspired by the experiences of Irvin, Mum and Dad in their quest to help little Irving learn Spanish.
As a native Spanish speaker and Irving's mother, I always dreamed of teaching my child Spanish, even after we relocated to another part of America. This dream seemed out of reach until we found a school that offered Spanish classes for Irving.
Inspired by my son's successful learning journey, I decided to document his progress and share it with other parents. This inspired the creation of the DL Immersion League, which focused on making bilingual education accessible and engaging, particularly in Spanish. Our goal is to educate families on dual language immersion benefits, share our six-year journey, and build a supportive community.
